Summary:

• 💻 The ideal candidate provides support on a range of systems paramount to the company.
• 🏢 They will administer various systems on the IBM platform and in the Microsoft Azure stack.
• 🚀 Having the ability to interface with a purpose-built system built on IBMi technology and systems designed in the Microsoft Azure stack that support the company will be the primary focus of this position.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• 🗂️ Application and Support Matrix
• 🏠 Homebuilder Software Package (HSP)
• 🗃️ As400 query assistance
• 💾 Backups/Restores/Refreshes
• 📝 Enhancements – SOW/Review of Technical Specs and Divisional Functional Requirements as well as work with programmers on development
• 🔨 Maintain all running programs and software loaded on system (including License agreements for additional 3rd party software needed to run HSP)
• 🧾 Batch control – processing AP, Cash Requirements, Recurring, Autopay, Sales Commissions, Manual and Voided checks
• 🔄 Maintenance of data between marketing websites and HSP
• 📊 Warehouse Builder/IBM Planning Analytics
• 🏗️ AppWright (Construction Scheduling)
• 🛡️ CRM
• 🙋 Helpdesk Support

Qualifications:

• 💹 IBMi System Administration Experience i.e., backup and restoration a plus.
• 📊 Working knowledge of PowerBI is a plus.
• 🏗️ Working knowledge of AS400 application modernization is a plus.
• 🏢 JD Edwards/AS 400 Administration or equivalent experience.
• 📊 SQL Database Administration experience: MS SQL, Warehouse Builder, Showcase Query, SQLaaS.
• 💾 RPG Programming 10 yrs.
• 🔨 Ability to troubleshoot varying hardware and software problems.
• ⭐️ Minimum 10+ years Information Technology Experience.
