Key Responsibilities of the Accounting Manager:

🔹 Perform and oversee month-end financial reporting, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

🔹 Manage the accounts payable process, ensuring prompt and accurate payments.

🔹 Drive the budgeting and forecasting processes, preparing variance reports.

🔹 Provide analytical support across various organizational areas.

🔹 Assist in the annual external audit process, liaising with auditors and preparing necessary materials.

🔹 Introduce new ideas and initiatives to improve processes and add value.

🔹 Ensure comprehensive documentation of routine processes using company SOPs.

🔹 Supervise and develop Senior and Staff Accountant positions.

Qualifications for success in this Accounting Manager role:

🔸 Bachelor’s degree in accounting.

🔸 Minimum of 7 years of accounting experience.

🔸 Strongly preferred: Certified Public Accounting (CPA) license.
