Summary for the Treasury Director role:
The Assistant Treasurer oversees the company’s Treasury management platform, banking activities, and brokerage activities, establishing and maintaining relationships with banking and brokerage providers. They work closely with the Accounting and Tax departments, while also mentoring and developing Treasury personnel. The role encompasses performance reporting, cash flow modeling, forecasting, budgeting, and customized reporting for clients. Key Responsibilities: As Director of Treasury, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving process improvements

✅ Continuously assessing areas for meaningful process enhancements.
✅ Designing and implementing procedures to optimize efficiency while maintaining proper controls.
✅ Overseeing cash receipts and disbursements, including checks, ACH, and wire transactions.
✅ Developing controls to mitigate fraud risks, including cyber threats.
✅ Establishing and nurturing relationships with key banking and brokerage partners.
✅ Assisting in the negotiation and review of banking and credit agreements.
✅ Managing internal and external compliance reporting for debt obligations and credit facilities.
✅ Collaborating with Accounting and Tax departments to enhance accuracy in reporting and financial projections.
✅ Leveraging technology tools and platforms to maximize efficiency and automation.
✅ Enhancing communication processes with investment funds and designing KPI dashboards.

Qualifications for Success: To excel in this role, you’ll need as the Treasury Director:
