💼 Responsibilities of the Accounting Specialist 💼

As an Accounting Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth financial operations of the company. Your key responsibilities will include:

📝 Setting up vendor accounts after receiving all necessary documents.

📑 Maintaining vendor accounts and supporting documents.

📩 Scanning, routing, and coding vendor invoices using TimberScan & RedTeam routing systems.

🔍 Reviewing vendor statements to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies.

💰 Reviewing subcontractor draws for precision and compliance.

🎓 Accounting Specialist Qualifications 🎓

To be a successful candidate for this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

💼 Prior Accounting experience, preferably in the construction industry.

💡 Multistate sales tax knowledge.

💬 Excellent oral and written communication skills for effective interaction with Vendors, Suppliers, Subcontractors & Staff.

💻 Intermediate level skills in Microsoft Office, especially Excel & Outlook.
