Responsibilities of the Project Manager:

🤝 Serve as liaison with ERP provider and effectively manage the ERP projects.

👥 Work with end-users and SME from different functions.

📊 Prepare process flowcharts and portions of procedure manuals.

📝 Write customized reports as well as configuring ERP applications.

💡 Develop user-friendly functionalities.

🔄 Ensure seamless ERP integration with other platforms.

🔍 Perform tests and timely resolve issues from test results.

📞 Provide technical support and training to ERP end-users.

Requirements and Qualifications of the Project Manager:

🎓 Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance, or related field.

🔧 Ability to create workflows utilizing Visio.

📌 Previous experience with NetSuite and system implementations.

🔹 Experience with Syspro is a plus.
