Assistant Controller

CFS has been retained to assist in the search of a strong Assistant Controller for a fast paced and growing organization. They are located in the Fort Collins area and pride themselves in making their industry’s business better for everyone. • Opportunity is in office in the Fort Collins, Colorado  area

Responsibilities of the Assistant Controller:

• Assist with the financial reporting on a monthly, Quarterly, and yearly basis
  • Analyze consolidated financial performance to plans and forecasts
• Assistant Controller will assist in the development of the team
• Assist with new process and control implementations
• Work with external auditors during year end audits
• Assist with cash management
• Lead accounting process improvements
• Assist in installment of IFRS reporting

Skills and knowledge for the Assistant Controller:

• Accounting or Finance degree
• CPA Preferred
• Previous knowledge with public firms and or public companies
  • Prefer Big 4 audit background
• 2+ years previous Assistant Controller experience or higher

Pay between the 125k-150k range with strong yearend bonus!
