• Maintain Fixed Asset Depreciation Schedules for 10 entities.
• Work with multiple bankers.
• Direct & oversee Accounting & Finance Activities including:
  • Cash Management
  • Business Insurance
  • Internal Controls
• Trustee of 401K Plans. 401k Duties include:
  • Coordinate 401k annual audit.
  • Fiduciary Meetings.
  • Prepare Involuntary Distribution Requests.
  • Enrollment Letters.
  • Review & Sign 5500s
