Responsibilities of the Financial Analyst:

📊 Subject matter expert in FP&A revenue cycles

📈 Build, enhance, or rebuild complex revenue models

🎯 Develop KPI reporting for business insights and predictions

🔍 Analyze revenue drivers and project future outcomes

📝 Create narratives explaining variances, trends, risks, and opportunities

🎯 Set revenue targets based on historical trends and business drivers

👥 Collaborate with cross-functional teams for budget and forecast development

📈 Provide strategic and financial analytical support to senior management

Preferred Qualifications for the Financial Analyst:

🎓 Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA preferred)

💼 5+ years of experience in Financial Analyst or similar roles (Corporate FP&A)

🧠 Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with complex data sets

📊 Advanced Excel proficiency, including complex formulas and model-building

🖥️ Experience with ERP and EPM software

💬 Excellent written and verbal communication skills for senior leadership interactions

✅ Detail-oriented, self-driven, and able to manage multiple priorities

🌟 Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and desire to learn
