JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide review and analysis of payroll and fringe benefit accounting entries
- Responsible for evaluating global hedging instruments to mitigate foreign exchange risk
- Review corporate financials and address any inquiries as necessary
- Prepare and issue annual 401(k) and Retirement Savings Plan SEC filings (11-K)
- Compute required pension accounting entries for defined benefit plans
- Research and implement appropriate U.S. GAAP guidance
- Prepare select disclosures for the10-K and 10-Q
- Assist with internal and external audit inquiries
- Review and analyze select balance sheet accounts
- Maintain our existing fixed asset tracking system
- Understand the new leasing standard, ASC 842
- Enhance our global leasing software as required under ASC 842
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree (required)
- Licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA) (2 parts passed)
- Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Minimum 2-4 years’ experience in accounting
- Ability to communicate effectively (verbal and written)
- Advanced Excel skills
- Working knowledge of SAP, Hyperion Financial Manager (HFM) and Sage Fixed Asset Software (FAS) preferred
