This leading food service company has been in existence for over 75 years and is located in the Westchase area. The Payroll Processor position will report directly to the Controller and will process bi-weekly multi-state payroll for 160 employees. Kronos and Great Plains software will be utilized for Time & Attendance. This role will also assist with the 401K administration and processing checks.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure all changes to payroll data are processed correctly
• Manage Time & Attendance records
• Process new hires & terminations
• I-9 record keeping
• Processing payroll in Great Plains software

Requirements:

• 3+ years of payroll experience
• Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus
• Multi-state experience is a plus
