Role: 

• Responsible for general accounting and reporting
• Monthly bank reconciliations and credit card account transaction analysis
• Record Cash Receipts
• Prepare and enter journal entries
• Analyze and reconcile GL accounts
• Reconcile employee benefits deductions
• Maintain fixed asset schedules
• Maintain schedule of prepaid expenses, calculate amortization expense
• Assist with Month End Close
• Maintain monthly audit schedules

Needed:

• Team player who shows initiative
• College degree not required
• Analytical and detail oriented, problem solver
• 10 plus years of GL accounting experience
