Bilingual-Mandarin Chinese Chief Financial Officer. As a key part of the management team, the Chief Financial Officer is reporting to the President directly.
Job Description
Chief Financial Officer with entrepreneurial mind set to direct the company’s Financial, Treasury, Accounting Department, IT Department, Human Resources Department, Administrative functions and Contractors/Consultants such as CPAs, Attorneys and Bankers.
Areas of Responsibility
Leadership:
– Provide a strong day-to-day leadership presence for all the staff members
– Exhibits confidence, inspires and motivates others to perform well

– Quality Management-look for ways to improve, promote quality and demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness
Developing Talent:
– Produce qualify individuals for key position by develop personnel to play a key role in succession management
– Assist in establishing yearly objectives and meeting agendas, selecting and engaging outside consultants
System and Processes
– Develop tools and systems to provide critical financial and operational information to the President and make actionable recommendations on both strategy and operations
– Providing and directing procedures and computer application systems necessary to maintain proper records and to afford adequate accounting controls and services
– Oversee the accounting department to ensure proper maintenance of all accounting systems and function
Financial Management
– Oversees and directs treasury, budgeting, audit, tax, accounting, purchasing, long range forecasting and insurance activities for the organization
– Analyzing data, reporting results and proposing solutions/improvements
– Directing month-end closing and annual audit
– Generating and evaluate accounting manual
– Cash flow management, forecasting and budgeting
– Ensuring tax compliance and planning
– Resolving collection issues
– Formulating credit and collection policies and procedures
Qualifications / Experience Required
– 15+ years working experience with 5+ years in marketing, wholesales and distributions
– Bilingual-Mandarin Chinese speaking
– MBA in business, preferably with MIS knowledge
– Experience working with Great Plains and CRM software
– Ability to motivate teams to produce results within tight timeframes
– Excellent communication skills
– Excellent project management skills, including ability to craft solutions quickly
– Diligent work ethic and be stable and dependable
– Systematic thinking, the ability to persuade and exhibit effective training skills
