Essential Responsibilities and Duties Are:
● Manage accounting staff ensuring accuracy and timeliness of financial reports
● Maintain relationships with bankers and legal counsel
● Administer annual audit with outside CPA firm
● Improve accounting process/internal control to align with organization goal
● Present recommendations to senior management on company budget, capital investments and resources
● Set annual budget goal for senior management to review
● Maintain personal networks; participating in professional organizations
● Perform inventory physical counts
● Ensure best accounting methods are used to maximize resources
● Develop, install, and maintain budgeting method to provide control of expenditures such as marketing, advertising, production, labor, or other special projects
● Other duties as assigned
Qualifications and Requirements:
● The successful candidate needs to have thorough knowledge of general accounting including thorough skills knowledge plus the application of general accounting theory.
● Excellent written and oral communication skills- Bilingual-Mandarin
● Must have the experience in working with Great Plains Software
● Proficient with MS Excel, Word, and Power Point software applications
● Previous supervisory skills
● Motivation and Leadership Skills
Education and Experience:
● Bachelor in Accounting or related degree
● 7+years in Financial Statement Experience
● 5+ years Managing Experience
