Our client is currently seeking a Controller. The ideal candidate will be a self
starter with strong problem solving and analytical skills. This position will play a key role in the
growth of the organization through financial planning and projections in line with company
purpose and culture.
Position requirements:
- Working knowledge of Quickbooks and Microsoft Office
- Full cycle Accounts Payable
- Multiple bank reconciliations and record keeping
- Multiple credit card reconciliations
- General ledger postings and reconciliations
- Month end and year end close
- Detailed analysis and preparation of reports for executive staff
- 1099 preparation
- Strong attention to detail with good problem solving skills
- High level of confidentiality and integrity
- Highly organized and able to work in a fast paced environment
- At least 4 years of consecutive experience as a full-charge bookkeeper
- Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills including spelling, punctuation, and grammar
