The Position
• Manage all aspects of financial and managerial accounting, including accounting, cash management, accounts payable, accounts receivable, budgeting and performance analysis for 5 international legal entities
• Manage financial accounting according to US GAAP and multi-national legal reporting requirements
• Preparation of its financial reports and adherence to expense and risk management policies
• Prepare reports which summarize and forecast company business activity and financial position in areas of income, expenses, and earnings based on past, present and expected operations, including balance sheet and cash-flow projections
• Provide financial analysis to leadership team in relation to current cost structure and proposed capital projects
• Facilitate the preparation of US and foreign audits and tax returns

The Requirements
• 10+ years financial accounting experience, with at least 3+years of management experience, CPA or MBA preferred
• Experience working with multi-national entities and multiple currencies, intercompany, transfer pricing, and complex revenue recognition.
• Strong computer skills and managerial abilities
• Ability to work in a dynamic and growing business environment
