Responsibilities:
• Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual closing cycles for selected subsidiaries
• Working with engineering and foreign personnel with a mind for accounting implications
• Performing accounting research as needed
• Performing and reviewing various account reconciliations
• Reviewing A/P transactions
• Processing joint interest billings
• Accounting research as needed
• Other accounting and finance activities as requested

Position Requirements:
• Accounting degree
• 3-5 years minimum oil & gas E&P experience
• Public Accounting Experience a Plus
• Strong GAAP knowledge
• Strong Excel skills
• Ability to travel overseas on short assignments as needed
• Highly dependable individual with ability to work independently and meet deadlines
