Job Responsibilities:

Preparing multi-year business plans (income statement, balance sheet, capital and cash flow).

Developing monthly management reporting packages explaining business and financial results, including variance analysis of actual results/forecasts versus plans and prior periods covering operations, financial position and cash flow.

Developing detailed financial models to project future financial and operational performance.

Coordinating with the business units the preparation of Flash results used in the monthly management review meeting.

Tracking and analysis of key performance measures.

Providing periodic and ad-hoc analysis and reporting in support of senior management.

Assisting Executive Management in the preparation of board-of-director, investor, employee and ad-hoc presentations.

Developing new reporting and analytical tools to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the planning, reporting and close processes.

Performing analysis while partnering with other financial staff to ensure that financial results are accurate and complete.

Providing Tax Department with forecasts to help determine tax liabilities.

Implementing and enhancing Hyperion Planning/Essbase system to meet the needs of Operations and Finance

Maintaining Essbase system

Minimum Essential Qualifications:
BA/BS in Accounting, Finance or Engineering

3+ years of Planning, Performance Reporting, Accounting or Financial Reporting experience

Exceptional financial modeling skills (Excel power user); proficient in Word and Power Point

Strong analytical, leadership and influencing skills

Ability to work in a fast paced team-oriented environment and to manage multiple priorities and deadlines

Strong interpersonal skills, ability to build cross functional partnerships, comfortable interacting with all levels of in the organization including senior management

Must be quick learner, self-starter and results-oriented

Preferred Qualifications:
MBA or CPA or CFA

Experience with company-wide planning or reporting processes

Hyperion Planning/Essbase experience
