• Full responsibility for Payroll, AP, and AR functions
• Direct supervision of AP and AR Specialists, including mentoring and performance evaluation
• Preparation of weekly cash flow, including variance explanation
• Oversee vendor invoice entry, W-9 collection, and payment (with support of AP Specialist)
• Oversee client invoice entry, cash receipts, and aged invoices explanations (with support of AR Specialist)
• Complete bi-monthly multi-state payroll and resolve all issues with payroll provider (ADP)
• Complete quarterly Worker’s Compensation Insurance reporting package for SeaBright insurance
• Complete IRS Forms 1099-MISC
• Support Controller with process improvements
• Support Controller with audit and tax PBC requests (Deloitte)
• Support transition from JPMorgan Chase to Frost Bank

Key Requirements are:

• MUST BE A SELF STARTER AND REQUIRE MINIMUM SUPERVISION!
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
• 5+ years overseeing areas of responsibility
• Experience with ADP required
