About the Role

Recruit accounting and finance professionals for specific positions through internet recruiting, networking, and direct sourcing calls. Interview accounting and finance professionals to determine skill set and career goals.

Work closely with hiring managers to assess career opportunities, represent appropriate candidates, and manage the interview/offer process.

Develop relationships with hiring managers to assist with all accounting and finance staffing needs.

Profile & Personality desired

Bachelors degree 1 to 5 years of experience in accounting or finance and a track record of success.

Experience in public accounting is preferred.
