Manager of Taxation-to 125K- Worthington, Ohio Must have Bachelors in Accounting or Law; CPA or JD, Minimum of 6 years in insurance tax field for a multi-line insurance company some public accounting experience.

CFO– to 230K- Knoxville, TN Must have international manufacturing experience (India is preferred but not a must), experience managing teams abroad, foreign banking or debt experience, and previous CFO experience.

Director of Excise Tax-to 125K plus stock options- Ft. Lauderdale, Florida Extensive Excise tax experience, Strong MS Excel experience, CPA a plus, Knowledge of Great Plains a plus, Prior experience with tax software (i.e. Vertex)

Senior Govt Accountant-to 110K- Cambridge, MA 7-10yrs of government, accounting, someone who is a gov’t auditor or is an internal auditor with a gov’t contractor, BA/BS in Accounting, Person who held this position prior had 10yrs with the Defense Contract Agency

CFO-to 160K plus 30%-40% bonus potential- Watsonville, CA& Bulls Head City, AZ Must have experience as a current CFO of a For-Profit hospital with good tenure and has ideally worked his way up through the hospital ranks, will not consider Prime HC candidates at all.

CFO-to 220K with a 45% bonus potential- Spokane, Washington Must have experience as a current CFO of a For-Profit hospital with good tenure and has ideally worked his way up through the hospital ranks, will not consider Prime HC candidates at all.

VP of Tax– to 240K with a 35% bonus- Worcester, MA CPA a must/MST, LLM, or JD a plus, 8-10 years Big 4 experience, 8-10+ years of Tax Leadership experience Must have worked in Insurance (but doesn’t necessarily have to be in the Industry in the present) Must have a strong consultative nature and leadership capabilities Must strong experience working with FAS 109, FIN 48, and Statutory Accounting

Director of Financial Reporting-to 140K with a 25% bonus- Houston, Texas Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and minimum of 10 years experience. If the candidate is from public they MUST have industry experience as well. A CPA and knowledge of the natural gas industry is a plus!
