Client: A Manufacturing Company.

Location: Knoxville, TN.

Financial: Approximately 300M in sales. .

Hierarchy: Reports to CEO. Will have 6 direct reports – US Controller, India Controller, Mexico Controller, Europe Controller, HR Manager, IT Manager

Compensation: Base salary of  200 – 230K + 30-40% target bonus + equity

Highlights: Company has grown significantly in the past 2 years. Heavily involved with strategy and working side by side with the CEO

Requirements: Must have international manufacturing experience, experience managing teams abroad, foreign banking or debt experience, and previous CFO experience.
