Overview of the Payroll Coordinator role:

Manages workflow as it relates to timely delivery of all aspects of company payroll.
Audit timesheets to ensure wages and benefits are properly distributed.
Accurately record and document all transactions, as directed.
Ensure records, transactions and processes are approved and in compliance
Review and assist in implementation of payroll automation and process improvement.
Ensure accurate taxation and garnishment is applied.
Conduct year-end reporting of W-2s.
Support any end-of-the-month closing and audits.
